Hello, If I move a little my head the sound is stopped for milliseconds

I tested Bluetooth and my Headset with three other devices : no problems at all!

The problem comes from the PC. I tried to update the driver, "the best driver is already installed

I even installed another downloaded driver. it doesn't change anything. It's quite upsetting

Did someone struggle also with this? What is the solution?

The PC is under Windows 11 with all the updates.

Okay, I ve been modifying my post and when clicking on "send" I've been told "You need the Vanilla.Discussions.Edit permission to do that".

Here is the paste of my text I'd like to put instead. Maybe a moderator will kindly delete the original post. Sorry for the complication :

Hello, If I move a little my head there are sound micro-cuts.

I tested Bluetooth and my Headset on three other devices : no problems at all.

The problem comes from the PC or the drivers, it seems, then . I tried to automatically update the driver, in the Windows device manager. I get "the best driver is already installed"

I also installed another downloaded driver I downloaded on the Acer site it doesn't change anything. It's quite upsetting

if I put the computer much much closer too me ( and the headset) that seems to mitigate the problem. I think that there's may be something that stops the BT waves getting out of the PC; liked blocked by the PC carter. I don' t see what I can do. Yes: May be should I change the WIFI/BT card for a more powerful one? Which one?

Did someone struggle also with this?

The laptop runs under Windows 11 with all the updates.

    Thanks

    I've found out the why?!

for some reason the two antenna wires were simply not connected! the WiFi and The BT were apparently working, but, actually not correctly, both.

    Problem solved :)

That happens, rarely but it does happen. Those little connectors are hard to get fully seated.
