How do I get 2 aspire one zg5 laptops charging?

They have been stored for a lot of time and when I decided to charge them they didn't wanted to charge. And now the orange battery light is blinking and the battery isn't charging on anyone of the 2 laptops. I tried to turn the laptops on while charging but batterys draw power and don't let laptop screens turn on. When I got the batterys out the laptops turned on perfectly. One hour ago from the screen incident I tried with the batterys plugged in to see if it's charging but no. 0W charge rate, battery 0%… Completely dead. How do I make them charge again? (Original chargers and xubuntu installed unfortunately only guest session.)

Sometimes battery led turns orange static but later starts blinking again + xubuntu says that batterys are charging but they never go further than 0%.
