Scenario:
I searched community articles and make some research to find how much memory is supported on my helios predator 300 ph315-55 got the answer as 64 gigs.
I ordered 2* 32 gigs ram from Amazon (ddr5, 4800 MHz, crucial) by checking everything.

I proceeded with ram upgrade like disconnecting battery, inserting rams blah blah blah, plugged in the battery back & closed the back panel.
System got booted in 5 minutes (since this is the first time it's reading new memory) I was okay with it and thought everything is working fine and even rebooted my system 3 times just to make sure Ram's working fine.
Now, I thought to shut my system down and turn it on again to test and this time it was taking too long more than an hour or 2 hours & what?? It wasn't able to boot my system the display was blank totally nothing in really, only fans were running and less on right were blinking.
All these happened after I thought everything is right on its place.
I put my 8 hours approx to test each ram each alot one by one even solo and along with older memories everything is fine untill I insert 2 32 gigs ram.

Even if I put 1 32 and 1 8 gigs ram it's working fine but not with 2*32.

Please lmk if you have any solution.
Current situation: I plugged back 2*8 = 16 gigs (manufacturer default memory) and reset the bios and reinstalled new rams and booted into the system like 1st time.
Trying to run memory diagnostic as of now.
Please help!! Not sure what's wrong.

    I have an update today:

I noticed a pattern when I go with 64 gigs ram.

On the first go when I reinstall it from scratch everything works the system gets booted in 3 minutes or so (reads new memory) but fails booting if I shut it down and try to boot it again.

    But,

Once my laptop is fully dead and it's coming through cold boot, the 64 gb sticks work but again if I shut it down and try to power it up it doesn't boot.

Can someone really atleast let me know what kinda situation is it ?
