Speakers not working in ACER NITRO VG240YMS

in Monitors

Got this for Christmas - I can see it as speakers in my settings but not even test noises come out of it. Monitor has two 2 watt speakers per the specs (and I can see them in the monitor).

Any help? Also, when I go to the page to get an updated driver or manual, it flashes for a second and then goes back to the search page. Cannot move forward.

    VG240YM3? I can't find anything like a VG240YMS… But it also might be really new. Most of these monitors come in multiple flavors, some with speakers and some without. We have to know the rest of the model numbers to try and find out what you actually have. The first ten digits of your serial number works as well as the full model number that includes the extra letters at the end.

    On the back, does it have an audio in, audio out or both ports?
