    This model is 3½ years old and the battery may be depleted also that battery does not support Windows11 Modern Standby, try to reset the system first and if that does not work replace the battery:
    Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module under the main battery (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black, see picture) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts (terminals) inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that remove the 2 RAM modules, clean the contacts and replace firmly in the 2 slots (if you have any good RAM modules you can replace the old modules), reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to charge to 100%, boot to Windows and check if the battery meter on the taskbar reads 100%, if not the battery is dead or there is a power rail problem, and then you have to take the laptop to Acer Services in your country for checking.

    @TariAttila

    What is the model of the Nitro 5?

    Open command promt and paste this command:

    powercfg /batteryreport /output "C:\battery_report.html"

    Open the file and post the screenshot here.

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!
