X110p compatible 3d DLP link glasses- any suggestions

I'm trying to get 3d working with an Acer x110p and wondering if anybody knows of a make of glasses that work well with this model.

I bought a sainsonic pair of glasses claiming to be compatible with all DLP link projectors but it won't sync properly with the screen. Oddly, if you look away from the screen for a few moments it will occasionally click in and you can get the 3d effect when you look back at the screen for 10-20 seconds but then sync is lost again.

I am using page flipping in stereoscopic player. Using an ATI Radeon HD5570 graphics card via vga.

Projector's set up correctly (1024*768, 120hz, 3d on). Checked with invert as well.

I'm presuming that DLP glasses marked as compatible with the x1110 should work with this as the projector specs are similar but thought I'd ask here first to see if anybody has any experience.

If anybody can give any feedback I'd be very grateful.
