hi there

I’ve recently had an issue with my computer I bought it around 2017-18 if it helps but recently after getting windows 11 my desktop crashed and upon rebooting it gives a blue screen with “registry_Error” as the issue then restarts itself again continuously with the same error I’ve contacted Microsoft support to no avail unfortunately I’ve tried usb ports and the ones that I’ve tried for Windows 10 / 11 on Microsoft have unfortunately failed I’ve pretty much gotten to installing it then it pops up with an error saying it failed to install at the last minute. I have access to the cmd if that might do anything but I am honestly stuck. don’t know if anyone may know of this or can give me some advice on how to proceed with this, but would be most appreciated thank you in advance

this is the error when booting up

If you need any other info or pictures of what’s happening to help do let me know

Sorry. This particular model is not yet listed as being officially compatible with Win11. However, you can check the BIOS security tab to see if the installed TPM version is enabled to see if it has any effect.

I am having the same issue started suddenly. Windows 11 was working for approximately 1 year already without any issues. The hardware is compatible. The issue started after a restart during a Windows Update process. It seems the registry was broken on that unexpected restart.
We need proper support for the issue.
