Predator sense button does not open predator sense on my new predator PH18-71

My new predator PH18-71 with Windows 11 x64 with all the latest updated does not open predator sense with dedicated button. At first predator sense didn't work at all, then I installed previous version 4.1.585 it works in terms of scenarios, keyboard backlight, fan speed but it (predator sense) does not open when pressing dedicated button. Please help I'm tired of this. Don't suggest re/installing windows/predator sense (newer version doesn't work at all), resetting predator sense in windows options, using windows power toys (keyboard manager) I tried all of this.

I have the PH16-71 Model and Acer uploaded the version 4.1.635 on their website.
I installed the newest version 5.something for their PH16-72 from 2024 from their website and all my problems were fixed.

(Edit: if the problem recurs, there is an official new Version for the PH16-71 on acer website. It perma fixes the problem for some for whom the 72 version only fixed things temporarily, you have to uninstall your current verion. I don't know if the two are one and the same but it seems to work)

once in a while it doesn't work for me aswell after I boot up the Laptop, if you really need it to work quickly, for me I just press restart and it always works then. only after I specifically press restart, not turn off and on again."
