For over a year, I have been unable to fully connect my personal Aspire A315-56 to the wifi at my house. My roommate has the exact same laptop as me, and he can connect to the internet just fine, but every time I do, I get the error message "no internet, secured". All of our other devices can connect to the internet, but my laptop can not. It can connect to other networks, just not this one. I have tried updating and resetting everything, but nothing has changed. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the network reset work for you?

Try to update the Wifi card driver.

I have tried the network reset multiple times and there isn’t a difference. I’ve also tried updating my drivers and they are all up to date.

Are you able to use the web even if the connection says no internet?
