Well after calling into support only to get the most unintelligent person I've ever had to deal with, I'm here for any tips..

I believe my problem has to do with the internal power components. For about a week, when I turned my monitor on, the little light would flash blue for about 15 minutes until it finally got through the power cycle to bootup. It worked fine once it booted. Eventually it just stopped booting, and most recently the little blue light isn't lighting up at all.

My product is out of warrantee, but I was wondering if there was somewhere I could send it in for repair. The guy on the phone, after hearing my story for 5 minutes, simply said "sir I regret to inform you that your product is out of warrantee."

Acer, if you're reading this, your robot already lets us know we're out of warranty. The "third party technician" you have answer the transfer doesn't need to sit there and tell me over and over that it's out of warranty. You guys really don't have any technicians to help with support?

Hopefully you guys can fix this.. A $700 monitor lasting 3 years with absolutely no way to get repairs feels fraudulent. I feel I need to review every new Acer product to warn people.
