Hello guys i have an ANV15-51-77DQ laptop and i have been witnessing performance drops recently? I was pretty much able to hit 165fps consistent across Bo3 maxed setting at native 1080p as well as fortnite in lowest settings. I dont exactly know when but from the previous week i am experiencing this frame drops and I dont know why, A guy i know says his laptop (another brand) is experiencing frame drops as of lately. Can you tell me a solution or is it a driver issue since after some driver update this has happened to me ( i believe).

Secondly I have this issue with the Chipset driver update on the NitroSense control center and it tells me to run no apps even when i do that it fails to update even though i have the latest updates across Windows.

Make sure that you have all the Win-11 updates and especially the 24H2 and all windows updates so that your OS is up to OS build 26100.2605, and look in the WU Advance section for any firmware updates, then update the bios to the last version 1.21 and also play all games on this laptop through the NVidia GeForce Experience software, as doing all this will make sure that your laptop is setup properly and there is no hardware issues, if the laptop still drops fps then you should consider sending the laptop to Acer tech support as there could be some hardware issues which is unfortunate if this laptops warranty has expired. Good luck.

    Thanks for replying!

I did everything you said, but still the problem is persistent, but i am noticing %70-%80 of peak GPU utilization from the games and that number is fluctuates constantly, also my temperatures are very cold between 40 to 50 Celsius maximum so heat management is not an issue, I really do not know what to do tbh, And the NitroSense app still doesn't install the update.

Try to disable the Efficient Core in the BIOS.
