First, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Adaptive Connectivity on your Pixel and turn off Adaptive Connectivity. Restart both your Pixel and Chromebook to see if the connection stabilizes. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and that they are paired correctly. Make sure both devices are running the latest software updates, as this can resolve compatibility issues. If the problem persists, go to the Bluetooth settings on your Chromebook, forget the Pixel 6a, and then re-pair it. Additionally, check for any possible interference from other devices that might affect the Bluetooth connection.

Try connecting the Pixel 6a to another device and see if the issue persists.
