PH315-55-Query reg:RAM upgrade- with lower timing RAM kits like G.Skill Ripjaws & Kingstone Fury imp

Hi guys!

I want to upgrade my Acer Helios predator 300 (ph315-55) laptop with some lower timings ram like G. SKILL Ripjaws F5-4800S3434A16GX2-RS with CL34. I know that my laptop doesn't support XMP, but i read, that this ram stick is plug and play and it works at many laptops with locked XMP, even Acers like Predator PHN16-71.

Same question about Kingstone Fury Impact with CL38. I know it's definitely plug and play, and even saw a build of Predator 315-55 with it onboard at Userbenchamark.com

So, I wanted to know, how my chances are with upgrading ram with those ram kits :)

Maybe anybody already face it?

So for who interested: I bought kingston Fury Impact 4800 cl38 32gb and it works perfectly fine. Maybe later i'll try ripjaws but not sure cause it hard to find in my country.
