Open Settings: Press Win + I to open the Settings app.

Navigate to Time & Language: Go to Time & Language.

Add a Language: Click on Region & language. Under Languages, click Add a language.

Select English: Scroll down and select English (or your preferred variant, such as English (United States)).

Download Language Pack: Click on the language and then click Next to download the language pack.

Set as Default: Once the download is complete, click Set as default.

Restart Your Computer: Restart your computer to apply the changes.

That, of course, will only change the language for the OS, not for something like the BIOS…

Check the edition of Windows. Usually, the laptop sold in China comes with a Windows Single Language edition. You will need to purchase another version of Windows to change to a different language.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
