Hello

I wanted to upgrade my Acer Nitro 5's SSD and RAM soon enough because i'm honestly lacking space for games.

I consulted this thread (link below):

I want to upgrade SSD of Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45 — Acer Community

I'm keen to go for the Samsung 970 EVO as upgrade for SSD but concerning the RAM sticks,
there's a comment below in the thread listing some of the compatible RAM sticks that would suit the laptop really well. One of them being the "Memory SAMSUNG SO-DIMM DDRIV 3200 16GB M471A2K43EB1-CWE LF+HF 1024*8 1znm E-die" on the list. I looked that up on amazon.de (I'm currently residing in Germany) and I didn't find that exact model but something similar. I'll post the link to the one I found on Amazon below.

Samsung 16GB DDR4 3200MHz SODIMM PC4-25600 CL22 2Rx8 1.2V 260pin SO-DIMM Laptop Notebook RAM Memory Module M471A2K43DB1-CWE: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories

Would this one be as compatible as the one mentioned in the thread and how hard would it be to install the SSD and the RAM sticks in my laptop? (It would be my first time opening up a laptop)

    Hi,

Yes, Samsung 970 Evo is an excellent choice for M.2 SSD upgrade, yes, the memory module will be fine, Samsung modules you have selected will work.

As for the procedure, take your time to prepare for the upgrade, once you have done it, it will be easier, watch few videos in YouTube and familiarise yourself with the procedure.
