XB273GX-Gsync in 240 Hz problem with image in game, vibration from top to bottom every few secs.

I bought a model monitor, but due to a small problem, when you are in 240 Hz and gsync is on, there is a problem with the image in the game, and there is a vibration from top to bottom every few seconds. This is not included in 144 units. I tested the cable, I changed the graphic connector but it's still the same, I have a monitor next to it with another brand, which is 240, but it doesn't have this problem, is it? Go to this link to download and reinstall the Acer Win10 driver and widget application. If using Win11 you might want to check the for Microsoft driver updates for this model.

The problem was not solved. This problem still exists in gsync.

This is either a bug in the monitor's firmware, or from the nvidia driver, it should be fixed by Acer, or give a firmware for the monitor that I can update, or solve the problem with nvidia.

I downloaded the driver and installed it inside the device manager. Do you believe that the problem is from Windows, and that the problem is that the driver is not for Windows 11

It does not have a driver for Windows 11

Right click driver file. Click properties. Click compatibility tab. Choose run in Win10 compatibility mode.

What file does not have an .exe driver that allows me to do this?

Looks like the last INF update only covers up to Win10 v2004. ~5 yrs ago. We here on the users' forums have no way of knowing when or even if a firmware or another driver update will be released. So like the rest of us users, you have to keep checking the Acer downloads or Microsoft store for both this monitor and your graphics card that may address this issue at high gsync'd rates for this particular hardware combination. Sorry.

How can I completely turn off 240 on the monitor? The problem is that when I play the game in full screen, it goes back to 240, while the monitor works fine at 144 or even 230.
