A325-42-It has been 10 days but I haven't received laptop's charger, how long will it take?

My laptop wasn't charging, I contacted the Support, and they had asked me to run some basic diagnosis but nothing to avail. They asked to wait for some technician visit, but no one came. Charger replacement request is pending since last 10 days, but there is no update. Really disappointed by their services, like how a multinational company can functions without having proper spare parts in their service centers? For everything they're running to Bengaluru for parcel dispatched.
