I recently purchased an Acer Aspire Lite AL 15-41 laptop, but my younger brother accidentally replaced the pre-installed Windows 11 with Linux. Can anyone confirm whether the resource DVD that came with the laptop includes Windows 11 and its drivers, or will I need to visit an Acer repair center to restore it?

Acer does not supply an installation Win-11 DVD or USB that is included with the laptop when new in the box, you can by from Acer Win-11 USB on special request that you have to pay for, and then you need to install the Win-11 operating system that way.

The best and quickest way is to do an installation USB yourself with the Rufus 4.5 bootable software and then download the Win-11 .ISO file then follow the Rufus installation guide of how to construct a bootable USB drive which afterwards you boot this USB with your laptop and you can install the Win-11 version 24H2 and then do all the windows updates to get to the last OS build 26100.2454 which is the latest OS build as of December 2024, which will have all the appropriate drivers for your Aspire Lite AL15-41 and should make your laptop work perfectly. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

I have temporarily installed a non-genuine version of Windows to complete some critical academic tasks. After updating the system through the Windows Update tab, it shows as active, and I am receiving updates without any issues, similar to an original Windows installation.

However, I am encountering a recurring problem that was also present in the pre-installed original Windows version. My hard drive's total size is displayed as 952 GB, but whenever I attempt to create partitions, the system restricts me to creating a single D drive of 145 GB. Additionally, when I try to shrink the C drive to 250 GB and allocate the remaining space to create D and E drives, the process fails, and the system greys out the unallocated space, leaving C drive at 600 GB.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Install the original Win-11 that I've guided you above, I don't know why you need to install a non genuine Win -11 as that is probably why you are having all these problems. Those drive problems should not be happening with a genuine Win-11 OS and a new laptop that is designed for Win-11 OS. Good luck.

Thank you for your previous guidance. I wanted to inform you that I reinstalled the original version of Windows last night, and the system is now functioning well without any issues related to partitioning or overall performance.

However, I have encountered a new problem. After downloading the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition directly from the official AMD website, I am unable to open it. Each time I attempt to launch the software, I receive an error message stating that "the version of AMD Software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver."

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
