Trying to register GM7000 but it doesn't recognize the s/n

Trying to register GM7000 but it doesn't recognize the s/n… I keep getting this message:

Sorry, we are unable to locate this serial number. Please check your information and try again. Note: product registration is not supported for part numbers (P/N) starting with “BL”.

    Try entering the number without BL and see if that helps. Or else reach out to any admins on here with proof of purchase and they should be able to help.

    Make sure that you enter the serial number, not the part number as it is not unique.

    I believe the GM7000 isn't a computer, but a SSD. The normal support site only supports registering systems, not pieces…

    @billsey that is right. It is infact an SSD when i looked it up.

    @spideeeeeeeeeee you won't be able to register the SSD on this site - this system accepts only full systems like laptops or such.
