I purchased a laptop from Flipkart on 02/10/2024, but within just a month, it developed a mainboard issue. I reported this problem to Acer's service center, and after inspection, they confirmed that the mainboard is faulty. They informed me that they have mailed the company regarding this issue, but I have not received any update or resolution yet.


The delay in addressing this issue is severely impacting my studies as the laptop is essential for my academic work. Therefore, I kindly request you to replace my laptop with a new one as soon as possible.
