Hi, IMO this is not a fair complaint, you should be glad that full Acer services in the Middle East are even possible, I don't think that other major PC brand provide that kind of worldwide services 😉

guess what it's not hard to choose a country like UAE and make it a main supplier for the whole middle east, then shipping for parts won't take long.
otherwise if they don't want to supply for the middle east then why does acer exist in the middle east.another thing, temu orders shipped from china takes 1 week to reach the middle east so how come acer parts takes 3 weeks minimum.
