My Acer Nitro V15's fan speed has increased significantly and Fps has also dropped suddenly

My around 2 month year old acer nitro V15 (i5-13245H, Rtx 3050), has suddenly started to drop fps significantly, in almost all games i play. Like all games seems to be capped at 60 fps but not liked capped cuz, sometimes it crosses over 60 fps

I play minecraft with shaders having well 160 fps with Fps limit, but now when i run minecraft without any changes to any type of setting, i seem to be stuck at 60 fps with occasional 100-110 ish fps and, the temperature jumps from 40-50⁰ C (cpu)when idle to straight 75⁰C+(cpu) along with, fan being blasted from pin drop silent to significantly loud.

I also play other games like Batman Arkham knight with constant 90 fps but suddenly this afternoon, my fps dropped to 40-60 fps.

Also strange coincidence but i use a Samsung A24 phone and, after today morning, It's fast charging has stopped. Yes, I have my laptop charger and phone charger plugged in same multiplug. So, I thought there may be some problem in the multiplug and cleaned it, thoroughly and, the result are same.

I wanted to check for dust buildup in my pc but its still brand new, so dust buildup and thermal throttling seems implausible and, i want to save the warranty seal for desperate time.

I tried for searching any new drivers for every single component in my laptop along, with reinstalling graphics driver for several times but, nothing has worked.
