Acer Aspire E573T and 517-51G not turning on or shutting down. Need solutions

acer aspire e573T randomly shuts down, no ryhme or reason. One person said when started to do any typing or work it didn't turn off, mm one is the same unless or better yet until, I go online. Then almost instantly it shuts down. Tried almost everything I could think of along with every suggestion made in the closed older discussion as well as any ideas I came across on random google searches. I finally decided to rry u mm install the battery driver etc. Changed the jack input just because and have also tried a new keyboard, kinda at end of wits trying to figure, this out as the last option in my mind involves a sledgehammer. I am new here and it is an older laptop but i like the acer laptop. so I ask for a little indulgence on reopening this question, but is there a fix for this or is this simply a bad glictch with this aspire series model. I was also given another aspire In the 5 series, the 517 51G 52BE this one won't even turn on. Once the fan starts , ppft, shuts off, but. Then its stuck in a loop of trying to start by itself to no avail. Minute the fan start laptop cacks out.. Thank you.

Please try a simple power reset and check the issue. Shutdown the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device.The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

Also, plug in the charger to another wall outlet and make sure that it is working fine.
