I have a predator neo PHN16-71. The bluetooth would randomly stop working. When we go to the bluetooth button in the quick settings panel it would be greyed out. It will not work unless I restart. but when i do restart it takes a looong time to restart then shows me the blue screen, saying driver state failure. I have tried updating the drivers , but they are up to date. my laptop is up to date. idk what is wrong with it. Please fix this.

Open Device Manager. Expand BT folder. Right click driver. Click properties. Click power mgt tab. Disable let computer manage BT power.

First uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers by going to Device Manager, finding the Bluetooth adapter under "Network adapters," right-clicking it, and selecting "Uninstall device." After restarting your laptop, Windows should automatically reinstall the driver. Next, ensure your operating system is fully up to date, as updates can sometimes fix driver-related issues. Additionally, run the System File Checker by opening Command Prompt as an administrator and running the command sfc /scannow to check for and repair any corrupted system files.

There is a possibility that this issue might have occurred due to corrupt Bluetooth drivers in the system.

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works.

    Method 1:

Run inbuilt Hardware & Device troubleshooter and check if it works. Please follow the steps given below.

Note: If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.

Press Windows + W keys on your keyboard to get the search option.

    Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting.

Now click on view all option.

Click on Hardware and Device and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

If the issue persists, follow method 2

    Method 2:

I would suggest you to start the Bluetooth service and set it to Automatic. Please follow the steps given below and check if it works.

    Go to the Start screen.

    Type services.msc and press Enter.

Right click on Bluetooth support service and click on Properties.

Set the Startup type as Automatic and then click Start under Service status.

    Click on OK.
