Nitro AN515-58 & the product support download applications page won't fix "Nitrosense"

Hi Support,

I've downloaded the applications "Nitro sense" from your support webpage found here,

Product Support - AN515-58 | Acer United States

But my "NitorSense" still isn't working

    NitroSense isn't working on your Acer laptop, you can try these steps:
