NVidia Experience sees GPU temp, but Nitrosense doesn't and keeps fan speed low, causing overheating

I have a Nitro 5 (AN515-57) with GF 3060 inside with all latest software installed from Acer downloads for my laptop, except that I also have NVidia Experience with latest GPU drivers for my 3060.
After reboot my laptop is fine. Nitrosense sees both CPU and GPU usage & temp and adjusts fan speeds accordingly, so I can play most games on decent settings without overheating the laptop.
After waking up after sleep, Nitrosense no longer sees the GPU usage & temp and seems to be unable to adjust fan speeds to GPU temperature. The GPU is working and NVidia Experience app still sees all the info. As a result, certain games make the GPU overheat and, in worst cases, I think it even shuts down, causing the laptop to start running 3 frames per second and lagging everywhere except in file explorer.
I don't want to reboot everytime. Fast startup is off in control panel.

Screenshots taken in identical conditions post reboot and post wake.
On the screenshots below:
Idle/ After Reboot → CPU 56*C / 2272 RPM , GPU 48*C / 2564 RPM
Idle/ After Wake → CPU 57*C / 2654 RPM , GPU 48*C / 3191 RPM (GPU temp from NVidia)
Game/ After Reboot → CPU 70*C / 3896RPM , GPU 71*C / 4545 RPM
Game/ After Wake → CPU 74*C / 3488RPM , GPU 76*C / 4054 RPM

I know there's one quintillion threads about this, but none seems to have all the details I added and none has solutions that would work for me.

Ideas appreciated.
