ANV16-Windows does not detect TPM chip, after installing Win10, I wanted to update to Win11

Hi

I bought a new Acer Nitro V 16 ANV16-41 with no operating system, and after installing Windows 10, I wanted to update it to Windows 11. However, the utility software to check the requirements of the computer indicates that no TPM chip is available.

In the device management window, in security devices, two devices are detected:

In the bios, TPM is enabled.

How can I solve it?

If you're having trouble detecting TPM on an Acer Nitro, you can try these steps:

• Check the BIOSBoot into BIOS and navigate to the security screen. Press Ctrl+S to show hidden options. 
• Check in WindowsOpen a PowerShell session as an administrator and enter the command get-tpm. 
• Clear the TPMIn the Windows Defender Security Center app, select Device security, then Security processor details, then Security processor troubleshooting, and finally Clear TPM. You'll be prompted to restart your computer. 
• Initialize the TPMPress Windows Key + R, type tpm.msc in the Run box, and press ENTER. In the TPM Management console, click Initialize TPM in the Actions pane. Then click Shutdown or Restart and follow the BIOS screen prompts. 
• Reset the batteryDisable fast startup in power options, turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds, and leave the computer off for half an hour.
