Acer Wave 7 Controller/Wi-Fi Mesh Router- Facing Problems while setting it up and Agent in App.

Hi

I set up my Acer Wave 7 Controller both in APP and logged into its IP. Also installed updated Firmware for the device. Then I was requested to change Admin Password.

Still connected in APP. But then i tried adding Agent also to APP. This I was not able to. Did not connect.

So, I tried a restart by removing Controller from App. And redo process.

Now I am not able to get Controller in App either. Also, not able to login into IP address of controller. (I have connected to Agents WIFI).

Mesh WIFI is working, and both Controller and Agent are with blue Breathing lights.

But I wish to have devices in APP and administrate it.

Is it an easy thing to reset back to fabric settings?
