1) My minPC came with a SSD which is labelled in the system as "Acer SSD N7000 2TB" but I can't find a product ID or serial number I can use for Acer website/support (Product Support, download drivers & software all require a serial number).
The "Serial Number Detection Tool" is a waste of time because it only shows serial number of a PC (partly works for other brands) BUT **** it doesn't give any product ID nor serial numbers of all the devices/components in the PC (some are "Acer" branded).
2) Need to register a product before I can message Acer support but I can't register the SSD. The only feedback on the Acer Answers is helpful "Yes" or "No", no where to tell the **** content writers why it wasn't helpful, what was missing/error/misleading.
Basic features from websites from 20 years ago are still absent from the site. My only way to provide feedback is via this method.
3) I can't find any SSD product page, there's no category for it, I can't even select the proper category above in this form (that category doesn't show any SSD's in the main site).
4) Are there firmware updates & software to check/manage the SSD?
In summary: Acer website, help & support all get a BIG FAIL !
