i double check the charger for any damage and also the usb port and i didn't find anything wrong.

Hi, use the barrel plug power adapter for charging that came with the laptop. You may use a special laptop 100-W USB-C adapter like this Acer recommended charger: 100W ADAPTER KIT WITH POWER CORD (USB-C CONNECTOR) | Acer Store – US

Use a 100-W USB-C charger like I posted above both AMD and Intel PD support up to 100-W power.

You can use a soft brush to clean the charger and the charging port. Make sure the laptop is off and the charger is not plugged into the outlet.

Or try pushing the battery reset pin at the bottom of the laptop.

i don't see the connection between having a 100-w and my problem

if it was a little amount of power it should performed "bad" or "not enough" but crash? it doesn't seems right

also both of the usb port and charger are clean

    what's next then? @AnhEZ28

Try to use a small tool and press the battery reset pin hole underneath the laptop.

Acer supplied four different chargers for your SP314-55N, though the primary difference between them is just the vendor they were sourcing them from. They are all 65W chargers and you shouldn't need anything larger to charge the laptop. In some cases a larger one, like the 100W suggested, might charge it a bit faster, albeit with more heat in the laptop while charging, or the charger might just not get as hot while charging but the charge will happen at the same speed as with the stock charger. When you say "Shutdown" do you mean the laptop turns off, where you have to press the power to turn it back on and all your work is lost, or do you mean the screen goes blank and a keypress asks you for your password again, but nothing is actually closed? If the latter is sounds like either the charger or the port is a little loose. Try giving the charger connect a half turn, so there is some tension where it plugs into the port. If the former we're going to have to do more diagnostics.
