I am reaching out regarding my Acer Predator laptop (SNID: ***********), which I purchased in Bulgaria in September 2022, with all applicable taxes paid and a valid invoice provided. Recently, while using the device in Turkey, it encountered a critical malfunction and will no longer power on. However, when I visited an authorized Acer service center in Turkey, I was informed that, due to the laptop being purchased abroad, they could not proceed with diagnostics or repairs.
Although I understand that my laptop’s warranty has expired, this is a high-cost device, and experiencing such a severe failure within a relatively short time is both unexpected and disappointing. I trust that, as a global brand, Acer values the long-term performance of its products, and I am therefore requesting assistance with this technical issue.
In light of this situation, I kindly request the following support:
- Technical Support Consideration: Despite the expired warranty, I hope Acer can provide support due to the severity of the issue and the device's performance expectations.
- Alternative Solution: If technical support cannot be provided locally, I would appreciate guidance on an alternative repair option to address this issue effectively.
