its been almost 6 month i've purchased Acer Nitro V15 Rtx 3050
a month ago there was a bios update 1.16 i thought updating bios would increase my performance so that i did it
later on after updating bios i got a problem that my ram is only 13.7gb usable out 16gb
and my shared gpu memory is decreased to 6.9 from 7.9gb also when i update my nvidia gpu to latest driver i got performance issue so that i've been using old driver that is available on drivers support
i used to get almost 320fps in valorant before and i get 190 200 after update
i tried resetting laptop but its not fixed

when i update nvidia gpu to latest one and try playing smthg on bluestack 5 my cpu usage goes to 100% and fan goes crazy ! but when i use old driver of gpu its good but i used to get 200fps in freefire but now i only get 110 100
when i screenshare in discord in 1440p quality then my laptop refresh rate feels like 60hz and game also lags which was weird like it didnt happend b4
pls acer support team i want it to be fixed, respond me!!

    Hello
It seems like the BIOS update has unintentionally altered memory configurations, causing reduced RAM availability and shared GPU memory. Performance drops in games like Valorant and Free Fire, along with CPU spikes and fan noise during activities like screen sharing, suggest possible driver conflicts or settings misconfiguration. Here are some steps you can try:

Revert to the Previous BIOS Version: If possible, downgrade to the BIOS version before 1.16, as this may restore your previous system performance and memory allocation.
Check Virtual Memory Settings: Ensure that the system's virtual memory settings are optimal, as incorrect settings can affect both RAM and GPU memory usage.
Use Driver Rollback: Since the latest Nvidia drivers cause issues, consider using the older driver that was stable for your system. You can also try a clean driver reinstall using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to remove remnants of the newer drivers.
Adjust Power Settings: Ensure your laptop's power plan is set to “High Performance” in the Windows power settings to prevent throttling.
Contact Acer Support: If the issue persists after these steps, reach out to Acer support to confirm if there are any known issues with the BIOS update or other system optimizations.
Hopefully, these steps help restore your laptop's performance to its prior state!

there is no option to revert bios in acer gaming laptops, even tho we can do it from device manager it is just useless cuz it wont revert it back to the previous one.
virtual memory is optimal and im using old nvidia gpu driver also i tried clean reinstalling but same issue occured. power plan is always set to high performance!!

idk what happened to my laptop cuz im not even getting good performance like before, there is huge difference in performance! i just tried everything searching on internet and youtube but still no solution!!
