Needed to set up headphones so that both sound and microphone work, and not just sound, this is a headset with a microphone and not just headphones. I tried all the methods, reinstalling the drivers in different ways and so on, after installation it does not open and gives an error that it cannot connect to the RPC service, there is nothing in startup, I reinstalled everything several times and checked everything.

Install your acer realtek audio driver using the setup.exe or the bat file. DON'T install via device manager. Then run Microsoft store to pull the app.

If installation doesn't work, kill the internet access, then re-install the driver again. Then restore internet access, then run microsoft store.

If realtek audio console app gives you rpc error, then go to task manager and then go to startup tab, enable all realtek or audio related services on startup.

I tried, it didn’t work, I deleted the drivers, installed, installed the program, an error and there are no driver services at all in the task manager in the startup tab
