Acer ED270R monitor, version S3biip, does not display HDR on my laptop

I recently bought this monitor, the manual and the box indicate that this monitor has HDR 10 technology, however when I want to activate HDR in Windows it doesn't let me, as if the monitor wasn't compatible or something.

Checking the official Acer page, I can see that it "supposedly" claims to have HDR 10 technology

Hi, to play HDR video in Windows 11, your display, PC, and graphics card must meet certain requirements. While basic HDR10 is supported, for the best experience, Microsoft recommends using displays that meet the DisplayHDR 500 or higher tiers.
