I'm trying to install Windows 11 on my new Acer Aspire 7 and I keep getting stuck here.

In the diskpart I can only see my USB, while the SDD doesn't show. Also, i downloaded all the drivers compatible with my model (Product Support - Aspire A715-76G | Acer United States), but when i tried to install any of them, it says that they are not compatible with the computer's hardware.

Any ideas on what I could try before opening it to check the SSD connectors?

Thank you! <3

    Hi @Calistru

Please delete all the listed(seen) partitions in the drive and try to create/make a new partition by creating a fresh allocation of disk space in the drive to test whether it is getting created in the drive if then the drive is working properly and the OS installation could able to see the drive and its partitions without any issues and able create/delete the partitions in disk drive, If not please do use the Rufus to create the partitions as below

To see your hard drive you need to create Bootable USB using Rufus software in GPT PARTITION .

(Just get iso from microsoft and insert pen drive then open Rufus app, select iso and pen drive then select Partion Scheme to GPT And Click on start ) like shown in below image

This easy method and take 2-3min. Gpt partition is needed for new laptops doesn't matter if it's from Acer or from another company
