I'm trying to use Acer AlterView but my Experience Zone never loads. What should I do? 😥Please help me out.

    Which computer do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Acer Alterview is only available on some Acer AI computers.

    Do a Ctrl+ALt+Del open the Task manager find the Acer Care Center and End the Task and relaunch the application. If this doesn't work try Uninstalling the application and reinstalling the version for your device from its Support page Software download section on Acer's website.
