Download both Nitro Sense versions, then try to install the latest version 4.5.975_20230809 first and do it through the Setup folder and click on Prerequires and install that then go to the main folder and finally install Nitro Sense from its main Setup Application. If that doesn't work then try the old Nitro Sense version 4.5.959 and do the same, see if that works out for you, as this should not be happening. Good luck and hope this helps.

    • Uninstall NitroSense using the Control Panel to remove all associated services.
    • Use Revo Uninstaller (free version) to uninstall it completely with it's leftovers in registry, disk. Etc.
    • Download the appropriate NitroSense version from the Acer support website for your laptop model.
    • Extract the downloaded folder and locate the APPXBUNDLE file, then install it first.
    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator, type lodctr/R, press Enter, and restart your laptop.
