Just got the Helios PH18-72 a few months back, all drivers and apps are up to date. However, I recently noticed the laptop no longer auto sleep. Did some checking:
PS C:\> powercfg -requests
DISPLAY:
None.
SYSTEM:
[DRIVER] Realtek Audio (INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0245&SUBSYS_10251736&REV_1000\5&1c7cf13a&0&0001)
An audio stream is currently in use.
AWAYMODE:
None.
EXECUTION:
None.
PERFBOOST:
None.
ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:
None.
Tried rolling back the Realtek Audio driver it didn't help. I saw PredatorSense has two volume mixers that makes me believe that's the culprit.
Workaround:
After some troubleshooting, killed this "C:\Program Files\PredatorSense\Prerequisites\RPDBQ_DIGITAL_MUSIC.exe" and the issue went away. I couldn't find anything online related to this file and no idea what it does probably the Pulsar Music. I also renamed it so it wouldn't relaunch again at boot.
Any idea where to report this bug?
