Hi there.
I'm looking to upgrade the RAM inside the Notebook, from the 16 GB, to 32 GB.
I recently got the Acer notebook 'Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-55-72JT)'.
Don't know, if this is relevant, but it is the model with the Core i7-12650H and the RTX 4060.
I have seen conflicting data, regarding the RAM, in this notebook. Some websites say, it's DDR4, some say, it is DDR5, but in any case, I can not find the speed of the RAM itself anywhere. Even on the official Acer website, there are no speeds listed (the Megatransfers, or how it is called).
Can someone tell me, what kind of RAM I need to buy, to get the notebook up to 32 GB ? Which kind, DDR4 or DDR5, which speed and maybe the 'size'?
I'm sorry, I'm not too tech savvy... I just know, that there is 'Desktop RAM' and that there is 'Notebook RAM'. But I don't really know the difference.. the latter one must be 'smaller' somehow, I think.
