can anyone help? We’ve been away a few days and switched our son’s power supply from the wall and now the monitor wont connect. The lights are on and I can see things inside spinning. Any help welcome! Thanks.

First steps first… Is there any chance the DP cable has come loose at either end? If you disconnect the video cable from the monitor then turn it on with the power button, do you see the splash screen as it boots up?

I have managed to sort this issue…. Randomly we left the monitor on and it just suddenly came back to life! We wonder if the internal battery needed to almost heat/ recharge and it’s been working fine all evening. Hopefully with no further issues…. Thanks for your reply.
