The keyboard of my two months Acer Spin feels like it has sand under the letters and some letters aren't as soft as others when I type.

Please provide your Acer Spin laptops model number, it looks like - Acer Spin x SPxxx-xx

In general, we cannot replace the faulty keys one by one since the keyboard is a replacable part that comes as a unit and needs to get replaced wholly and it needs to be replaced by a trained laptop technician in a laptop service center, So I would request you to carry the laptop to the nearby Acer Service Center in your country and get it checked.

That is not unusual if you have stuff on the keyboard, any little bit of grit can get under the key caps. Clean it off and blow out anything you can.
