Help Me Get Away From My Developer Build and Regain Access as Administrator

My family has decided to take control of all my devices, include me in their workplace/google 1 family, hijack all my accounts, drain my bank accounts and manipulate my internet access as they are the developers of everything. Since they are elderly, they can play the I don't know how card with great success. My sister has received a ton of certificates with Microsoft and Google. I have become a developer for this device with a license from a video I found on Youtube. I just need to know how to become the main administrator without asking them to let it go and go to the before their start point in this build. I can't afford any new products yada yada yada.

I also need the same help with Windows and Galaxy s23+ and blu view 5. No one at any company can help and the cops and courts won't help me for some reason
