I have a Swift SFG14-72 and I have decided to play Planet Crafter, but it runs so slowly. I have run the "can I run it" app and this is what I got:

I thought the Arc 7 had 6G Vram. Then why can't my system recognize? I literally can't run any games, and my system is fairly laggish.

According to Intel I have this driver:

So, what could be the issue?
Thanks.

Your system uses a Meteor Lake-H CPU and chipset, which uses shared memory for the GPU, not dedicated memory like the ARC PCIe x16 GPU cards. Since memory is shared the size fluctuates depending on needs. It sounds like the game isn't taking that into account…

Hi. Is there a way to make sure the game takes that into account?

I would reach out to the game developers, unless they have stopped development on it they should be taking into account the features of the newer chipsets.
