I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about obtaining a replacement kit for my keyboard. Unfortunately, the hinge for the "5" key on the rightmost section of the number pad has broken, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding the exact replacement part.

The hinge is exactly the same as the one shown in the attached picture, and I would be grateful if you could guide me on how to obtain the correct replacement.

This forum is not a direct connection to Acer. We are all only other Acer users. Acer doesn't sell parts for the keyboards, they will only do the full keyboard as a replacement. If you are in warranty, contact Acer through their support site for your country. If out of warranty search for third parties that offer keys individually.
