Can I reuse the PC case, power supply and fan from Acer Aspire X1800 prebuilt to build a new PC?
I took some photos with the case opened (see https://photos.app.goo.gl/532btA4Po1RfT6BY7).
The case is 14x10x4 inches.
The old motherboard size is 9.6 × 8 in.
Power supply is 220W.
What motherboard size will fit?
If the screw holes do not line up, is there any workaround?

The Aspire X1800 desktop has a square mobo and a proprietary Acer 220W 24pin PSU (which is really restrictive to what gpu you can use) but the mobo is a default close to a mATX size board which the size is; 244x244mm (9.6×9.6 inches) and close to the X1800 oem mobo, to substitute the default screws for a mATX default size board, you can buy stick on mainboard mounts that do the job very well. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

For "stick on mainboard mounts", do you mean something like:
    https://www.amazon.ca/PATIKIL-Adhesive-Standoffs-Supporting-Insulated/dp/B0C7QRBPBF/ref=pd_day0_d_sccl_4_1/142-1233943-1522040?pd_rd_w=bC65u&content-id=amzn1.sym.a0f07c06-3bfe-427e-9527-5be8cea27b66&pf_rd_p=a0f07c06-3bfe-427e-9527-5be8cea27b66&pf_rd_r=GA9ZEG0DN5Q5MM2B2FV1&pd_rd_wg=80YmO&pd_rd_r=0d659ccc-70e0-47cc-9b53-cb22d05ecca4&pd_rd_i=B0C7QNGHMT&th=1

I am thinking of a Ryzen 8500G which has an integrated GPU.
    I do not need WiFi.
Will the Acer 220W power supply good enough for a 8500G B650M Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard?

The screws that hold the motherboard in place are in the same location as used by a microATX motherboard. No need for new screws or mounts. You will have to read the specs on any motherboard you purchase to see if it will run fine on 220W. Pretty much all modern chipset have an integrated GPU in the processor, so Intel or AMD are both feasible.

The old motherboard size is 9.6 × 8 in, which is slightly smaller than 9.6×9.6 inches (microATX motherboard size).
Therefore I am concerned that some screw holes may not line up.

Yes, those are the mobo mounts and they work great. The mATX will fit into that case and if you want a board then get the ASRock B650I Lightning Wifi Mini ITX AM5 Motherboard for the Ryzen 8500G cpu as that is a great board for what you want.

How about ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 or B650M Pro RS?
    What are their power consumption?

I looked at their specifications but had not figured out their power consumption with 8500G:

I would strongly suggest that you give the old 220W X1800 PSU a BIG MISS and buy a new PSU as the newer PSU are a good investment as its not worth using an old obsolete PSU like the X1800 desktop one. A new non modular 24pin PSU will cost for a 550W Power Supply, Aluminium Alloy PC Power Supply, 120mm Bearing, Auto Break, Quiet Fan, Multi Power Gaming Power Supply for Desktop PC $52.08 so its not worth saving on essential components like that.

For the stick on mainboard mounts, which height is good?
Support Height: 4.8mm/0.19inch Total Height: 14mm/0.55inch or
Support Height: 6.3mm/0.25inch Total Height: 15mm/0.59inch or
    ...
Support Height: 15.8mm/0.62inch Total Height: 25mm/0.98inch

    Can I reuse the fan?

You don't need mainboard mounts other than what are already in the case.
