Where is the second RAM slot on the "Acer Aspire A315-55G-77TE"?

What if I have an "Acer Aspire A315-55G-77TE" laptop. I want to add another RAM, but when I open the laptop lid, I can't find the second RAM slot. It says in the task manager that 1 of the 2 sockets is being used. In the cpu-z applications it is written that there are two channels. AIMDA64 also says that there are two channels. Maybe the second RAM slot is located on the back of the board? If anything, the processor in the laptop is Intel® Core™ i7-10510U Processor. A powerful processor, but I don't know how to add another RAM.

The Acer Aspire A315-55G-77TE model has one replaceable RAM slot, while the other memory is

onboard and nonremovable This means you can upgrade the RAM by replacing the existing module, but  you won't be able to add more slots.

but the RAM that is on the board (which is visible) has 8 GB. That is, the laptop has one RAM. Do not think that it is divided into two, one of which is on the board (soldered), and the other can be replaced. I dunno what to do. I just installed HWINFO64, and it says that there are 2 RAM slots. If you want i can upload the image of the motherboard.
