SFG14-63 fan still running in silent mode at 37C and 5W TDP

Even after the newest 1.06 BIOS update, the fan is running for no reason and always making noise, even when idle. Any fixes?

    As you can see, the fan turns on as soon as the CPU temperature reaches 38C and stays on unless it drops below 35C. Speed doesn't bump up until you get to 48C and drops back at 43C. Unless they have changed the fan table in newer BIOS revisions that's perfectly normal. CPU temperatures are seldom under 35C when the system is actually running.
