Go to the Realtek Audio Console, Device Advanced settings, and switch analog to Headset.

First, navigate to Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates. Ensure your device is fully updated as  this can resolve the issue.

For the next step, perform a power drain by locating a small pinhole on the back of your device. Unplug  the charger and power off the device, then use a paperclip to press and hold the button inside the  pinhole for  30 seconds.

After this, turn on your device and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly to enter the BIOS setup.  Once there, press F9 to load the default settings and confirm by pressing Enter. Then, press F10 to save  and exit,  and the device will restart.
