Can you confirm if your model number is the Nitro ANV15-51?

To install Nitro Sense, first download both versions. Start with the latest version (4.5.975_20230809). Go to the Setup folder, install 'Prerequisites,' then install Nitro Sense from the main folder. If that doesn’t work, try the older version (4.5.959) using the same steps.

The same issue has been faced after upgrading to windows 11 then resolved it by installing in two stages.

    Also, for laptop maintenance:

    1. Clean the Keyboard: Use compressed air and a damp cloth with mild soap.
    2. Disinfect: Wipe the keys with an alcohol wipe.
    3. Ventilation: Place the laptop in a well-ventilated area to help with any smells.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Hi @Diya1811 , my model is Nitro ANV15-55. it looks like the latest version available for this model is V3, and it doesnt have "prerequisites". I've tried both versions but neither work.
