There is a password in the BIOS that I do not remember. After entering the wrong password 3 times, an electronic key is prompted (USB FAT/Fat32 dongle is required), the code to enter on the site is not provided (Acer changed the BIOS protection from a password to an electronic key). How can I reset this password?

Sorry, there is no way, the EEPROM is write protected that only Acer Services can reprogram, I recommend bringing your PC to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory settings for a small service fee, if the EEPROM needs to be replaced that will be additional.

Yes, you have to send it to an Acer service center to get a BIOS password reset… That is (obviously) a security feature. Best is to not set a BIOS password in the first place, unless you are actually at risk of someone getting physically your computer to hack into.
